Terms and Conditions – Torre Medieval

Accommodation

The guest house Torre Medieval has 7 apartments, fully equipped, with one bedroom, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and one sofa-bed. he access to the building and respective apartments is made through a code that will be provided via text message. Torre Medieval has no available reception, so any contact should be made through the numbers available.

Apartment occupation

Escritor: Two adults or one adult and one child.

Eloquente, Conquistador, Conselheiro, Cavaleiro e Legislador: Two adults and two children or three adults.

Filósofo: Two adults and one child, or two adults.

Justiceiro: Combination of two apartments, Legislador and Filósofo, with the possibility of private access to both apartments.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3pm to 11:30pm
Check-out: until 12pm

Prices

Prices include the reservation value of the chosen apartment, plus cleaning, towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils and bath products. The reservation fee for the apartments is charged per night and may vary depending on the season.

Reservation

The reservation is made through the website and it’s subjected to availability at the time of booking. Payment is made when booking the chosen apartment. Torre Medieval does not have an ATM machine.

Conditions

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.

The use of the apartment is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking conditions; outsiders are not permitted on the property unless they’re authorized by management.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that everything is in the exactly same condition as when they arrived.

Any photo, video production or content created for advertising or commercial purposes must always mention/reference Torre Medieval, with proper identification.

Towels, robes, kitchen utensils and crockery, are made available to guests in each apartment. These must be left in the apartment after the stay, otherwise the guest will be charged for the missing items.

Disclaimer: Torre Medieval and its owners, directors, managers and employees are not responsible for any illness, injury or death of any person visiting the property nor for any other incident of any nature involving any guest, either during the trip or the accommodation. Torre Medieval cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to private property.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or change should be made up to 3 days prior to the Check-In date (upon availability).

Cancellations are only approved upon the receipt of a written notification. To cancel a reservation contact: booking@torremedieval.com

Refunds for any of the above, may take between 5 to 25 days after cancellation, depending on the bank. There are no refunds for ‘no show’, vouchers, flight cancellations, delays or early departures or for any errors in the booking process.

We reserve the right to modify, alter or substitute all or part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best available alternative.

Covid-19

Guests who intended to stay at Torre Medieval and have been prevented by government restrictions due to Covid-19 may either modify their reservation to a later date without any modification fees (subjected to availability and applicable rates and conditions) or request a credit voucher with the full amount of the original reservation to use in a future date (one-time or multiple times), at Torre Medieval within 18 months from the date the voucher was issued. If, by the same government restrictions, Torre Medieval is forced to close on the date of your stay, or is not permitted to accommodate guests based on official orders, you may cancel your reservation free of charge and receive a refund.
